•  You can do any of this by going to the member's page and sending him or her an invitation, which requires his or her acceptance.

You will find a list of all your relationships with other members, including pending invitations, on your personal page. This list are links to other members' personal pages, so it's easy to get to your friends' pages from your personal page.

What if you change your mind and want to decrease your relationship with another member? Just go to his or her personal page and make the change.
