Cancellation for workshops
By written request only.
Cancellations received up to 21 days prior to a workshop start date will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations up to 14 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations between 13 days until the day before a workshop begins receive 25% refund. Cancellations for medical reasons (with documentation) will receive a 100% refund.
In lieu of refund, you can attend another Crucible Workshop of equal or lesser value within the next year at no additional cost.

Cancellation for other items
Webinars, Audios and other products (aside from workshops) sold through this website are non-refundable.
Books sold through Amazon are handled through Amazon and the Crucible Institute is not responsible or able to offer refunds or returns on books.
