A welcome reception will take place on July 12, 2015 and October 4, 2015, from 7:30 to 9:30pm.

Paying for your Practicum registration fees and accommodations: Registration fees are paid for separately from accommodations, and must be paid for through this website. Supplemental documentation regarding your professional status will also be required. Links to these pages will be provided once your application is approved. Your registration will not be complete until your payment has been received, supplementary documentation has been approved, and lodging has been arranged.

Accommodation bookings are the responsibility of each workshop attendee. Lodging is limited at the facility listed on this page, and is likely to sell out quickly. In order to insure lodging space during high season in Evergreen, we have made a significant financial deposit for the lodging facility listed below. Therefore, all out of town participants seeking lodging are asked to sign up at this facility. Your registration is not complete until you have both registration and lodging completed. If the current lodging option sells out, we will make arrangements for additional lodging but it may not have the proximity to the workshop site location or the unique ambiance of this site, so register early. It is strongly recommended that you book lodging immediately after paying your workshop fees.

The Gate House (Available only for September): This very large and spacious home is located two miles from the workshop location with large grounds and opportunities for relaxing in the beautiful Colorado sun. Two living rooms provide ample space to relax and two full size kitchens allows you to prepare your own meals if you choose or share with other residents. Laundry facilities are included. All rooms will be rented for 6 nights. Here are the room options available at this site:

Room #1 with queen size bed and in-room bathroom. Fee for 6 nights: $900.00 single occupancy, $1080.00 double occupancy. If double occupancy please list the person who will be sharing room with you.
Room #2 with queen size bed and in-room bathroom. Fee for 6 nights: $900.00 single occupancy, $1080.00 double occupancy. If double occupancy, please list name of person who will be sharing room with you.
Room #3 with queen size bed. Private use of bathroom outside of the bedroom. Fee for 6 nights: $860.00 single occupancy; $1010 double occupancy. If double occupancy please list name of person who will share room with you.
Room #4 with queen size bed. Share bath with one other room. Fee for 6 nights: $800.00 single occupancy; $950.00 double occupancy. If double occupancy, please list name of person sharing room with you.
Room #5 with daybed and privacy blinds. Share bath room with one other room. This room is off of the living room. Has visual privacy but could still hear conversation in living room. Workshop hosts will announce that quiet will be expected in living room between 10:00pm-6:30am each day. Fee for 6 nights: $390.00.
Room #6 Master bedroom with king size bed with sitting area, vanity, private bathroom with separate tub and shower. Ideal for double occupancy for couple or good friends who are comfortable sharing king bedroom. Single occupancy $1040.00; double occupancy $1220.00. No Longer Available.

Master Suite

Cancellation policy for the Gate House:
180 days or more notice: one night’s rent single.
Between 120-179 days: two night's rent single.
Between 60-119 days; three night's rent single.
Less than 60 days: no refund.

The Bears Inn: This delightful and historic site is approximately two miles from the workshop location.

There is room for about 14-16 people here. To reserve a room here you can call them directly. The fees you will be charged will include a 10% discount for our conference. This lovely bed and breakfast is a favorite throughout Colorado. It has a hot tub, peaceful patio, outstanding breakfast, and a variety of rooming choices.

For those on a budget, there are a couple of options that you might choose that would allow for a relatively inexpensive experience. First there is a cabin that is slightly apart from the Lodge itself which sleeps three and has a living room and small kitchen. If three people share this space it will be quite reasonable. Second, there are two different rooms with double beds and bath that also have a second pull out bed in the room and will be very affordable for two people. If you want one of these less expensive options, book it quickly. If you are coming as a couple, there are a number of delightful rooms at the Bears Inn. Each room is decorated in a different theme.
